Right now we are standing against some powerful social, economic and political interests. Such interests are using the same tired arguments for moderation, enumerated here, and for the same reasons as before, we ought to reject these arguments.

Thanks for the reminder that moderation in such cases says domination is acceptable; war is acceptable; violence is acceptable; inequality is acceptable; poverty is acceptable. Yes, if we hold certain views, it is because courageous people before me spoke out against injustice in all forms and helped to normalize them.

Remember that justice never comes about naturally. The history of justice is the history of courageous men and women who saw a wrong that needed to be rectified.

Fredrick Douglas, the magical negro, why must everyone be like him in order for society to function properly? Being an ordinary wanker is too troublesome? Maybe making a billion more will solve that problem, maybe.
